These Night Time Potty Training Pants with Waterproof Fabric are a
great specifically designed for wearing at night time during and after potty training. These potty training pants are waterproof and will
contain the accidents better; however, they will still feel wet, so
your child will know that he has wet underwear.
The outer shell is a very soft waterproof fabric (not vinyl or plastic - it is fabric) that it is not sweaty, hot or sticky like vinyl, and does not make the crinkly sound. The inside is lined with a layer of incredibly soft and absorbent micro terry fabric much like the padded potty training pants.
They have two sets of snaps, so they are adjustable to fit as needed.
These underwear pull-up and down without having to use the snaps, so they are great training pant, however, in the event of an accident, they can be snapped off for easy clean-up.
Our potty training pants come in a variety of sizes and will fit babies, toddlers and kids up to age 6. (The weight and the size of the child will have an effect on the age limit of our product. For example, children who are 7 and older but have a small build may still fit into our training pants.) Please make sure to use our weight chart as well as our sizing chart to get an accurate fit.
Note: that these training pants are not intended to function as a diaper or pull-up (absorbing multiple accidents while keeping the child dry) and hence, are not a replacement for them.

First impressions- these are very well made. The material is a soft, thick, cotton. The padding is generous. The waist and leg bands are made of non-binding material (unlike the Pull-ups). My 13-month old daughter had her first miss in these today. I was so pleasantly surprised at how much easier these were to remove than a disposable diaper. Note- I needed to put these back in the dryer for a second pass (only about another 20 minutes). Most likely because we dry everything on the lowest heat setting possible. We were on the cusp of a size S, although technically we are a size XS (we were 1 pound and 1 inch away from a size S). I ordered the S and they fit perfectly!
I am so glad I ordered this seat. My twins hate sitting on a regular toilet seat cause they are afraid to fall in. This seat allows them to use the potty anywhere, including the mall!! Of course their favorite character being on the seat is just an added bonus.
I thought this was a very clever idea. I was having a lot of problems getting my son from the potty to the toilet and this worked perfect. I loved that you can get your kids name on it for free.
Will leak a bit. Used at night for a heavy wetter but no sopping wet beds anymore.Light and soft. Not big and bulky like the others.
This potty seat is what we wanted for a long time: one piece, easy to clean and you can't see it under a closed toilet seat.
However, it does not fit quite right on our elongated seat- it is slightly bent and that prevents it from being perfect! We could probably exchange it but I don't have the patience for it (my son consumes it all :) )We make it work and our 2.5 year old got used to it very quickly.
My daughter loved these!
I surprised her on the big day of potty training with these decals in her "big girl" bathroom. She was so excited about all of the decals on the potty and bathroom walls.
After reading this book I tried doing the One Day potty training with my daughter. I made sure I followed it closely and reviewed the steps several times, but it just didn't work with my daughter.
I know she was ready for potty training because on several occasions (prior to trying to go full on potty training mode)she would tell me or my husband she needed to go potty and there were some nights she'd wake up dry.
I think she was just resistant to the method. I tried another method which worked a lot better and she has been doing great since then. Every child learns differently, so this book didn't quite work for us.
I purchased the whole set of Potty Patty potty training stuff (book also) and thought this was a great idea, but the doll didn't work like I thought it would.
I don't know if I just didn't know how to work the doll that well or what, but when I would put her on the potty to go the water would just spatter after a couple seconds. I even adjusted her legs to get it to go to a stream and made sure I had plenty of water in her. It still didn't work right. My daughter just wanted to hold and play with her instead, so the whole putting patty on the potty concept didn't work with my daughter.I guess every child learns how to go potty differently. Its overall a good learning concept, just didn't work for my daughter.
These training pants are great! They are everything I expected them to be.
I purchased these based on all of the great reviews and they are definitely worth the money.
They have already saved me tons of money on pull ups and diapers! Love this brand!

The water proof lining is helpful for accidents. I purchased these based on all of the great reviews and they are definitely worth the money.

My son loves the fact its Mickey Mouse!! Its perfect to help potty train since he is excited about Mickey Mouse. Its easy to use with the handles on the side so my son is able to put the seat on the toilet himself. We love this potty seat for him and it is great for potty training!
I love it !! Everyone tells me its soooo cute !
>Nice, soft and light. Not bulky, but then they don't absorb as much as the bulky ones do.
PTC Comments: We are so glad that you liked the product. They do not absorb as much as the night time ones because they are made to protect against accidents during day time use only. They were not designed to be used for night time use.
Bought these for my grandson who LOVES Elmo.
My son-in-law and daughter probably wish Nana hadn't bought it since they have to sing the songs but grandson loves the music.
It is music only, no words so you have to sing the words.
These rubber pants are the best. The night diapers were wetting through every morning. These pants keep the bed dry. It's great added protection.
I had bought a vintage wooden potty chair complete with magazine rack and a place to put toilet paper but without the little pot. The pot I got here is a good fit, new, clean and got here pretty fast. Perfect!
We really like this potty, it's seems stable and our daughter is definitly curious about it! Only if it could make her use it! Haha
My son is about 32lbs & 2 1/2 years old. I purchased the size 4-6 (30-50lb) is way to BIG...
There weren't any good reviews to help me base my decision on, so I went with the larger size.
I thought the 2-4 were going to be to tight of a fit, but I was wrong. Can't return them, because it would cost more to exchange them: since I'd have to pay to ship them back and to have them re-shipped.
Might as well just buy a new pair.
Potty Training Concepts Response;
Our return policy only states that the shipping back to our facility will be incurred by the customer. The shipping of the exchanged items back to the customer will be taken care of by us.
We also recommend that you only try one of the pants on to see how they fit, so that the remainder can be exchanged. This is the precise reason we package each pant individually.
The construction is good, but the sizing is terrible. I ordered based on the weight guidelines given, but the item is unbelievably big. It looks more like it is made for a small adult than a toddler or preschooler. It is HUGE!
These are awesome pants!! I didn't go by the weight for picking the size, I went by the measurements and ordered the 2-4 size. The first night, my son didn't even wet them, so I had to wait to write this review. Last night, Dad gave him a 10 oz cup of milk before bed and I thought for sure they would leak, but no problem!! Thanks for an awesome product! My advice is to make sure to do the measuring instead of weight or age for sizing.
I thought these were going to be waterproof but they are not. I got these because they claimed to be to waterproof. They are water resistant, so it takes a while longer for the pee to seep through, but they are not water-proof. My daughter would wake up in the morning with her PJs and bed totally soaked. They are certainly less messy than underwear, -just don't think you are getting the cloth equivalent of a pull-up. These may work for some kids. Our child is a very heavy sleeper and doesn't wake if she wets herself and is resistant to getting up in the night. These didn't work for us, so we ended up going back to cloth diapers at night. We will probably try them again when she gets a little older and hope for better results.
I have been using these for about 3 months now and really like them. These are a great alternative to using diapers at night for my son. He is daytime potty trained but I did not want to keep using the cloth diapers at night for him. These potty pants have been great. He calls them his night time pants and enjoys wearing them to sleep in. The pants are a good product. He only has a few leaks every once in a while &40;especially when he has a lot to drink right before bed&41;. I only have one complaint about the snaps - some of them don't snap well. I can get most of them snapped on each side so they stay on in the night. Not sure if the snaps that do not work well are because of how they are sewn in or just a bad batch. Either way, I kept the pants and have no other complaints about them.
Purchased these training pants for two boys who were not yet staying dry at night. The goal was to have a reusable nighttime pant and do away with disposable training pants. Also hoped that the increased wetness sensation would speed up nighttime training. The pants worked great for one child who only wet occasionally. The pants did not work as well for the other child who was a heavy wetter. This was mentioned in the product description and was accurately represented. I am happy to have a reusable training paint and no longer need to buy disposable pants but so far no real progress on finishing up the night time potty training. No fault of the product though, it met my expectations. Easy to use, easy to wash. A little bulky to wear - it wasn't an issue for us but may be to a child who is sensitive to that.
I like these. I was using good nites/ pullups for my 3 and 5 year olds. I had started cloth diapering my baby and wanted to go ahead and convert the whole family to cloth to save money. I have had leak issues a couple of times but it wasn't a big deal, my oldest is heavy wetter. They do run big. My 3 year old is 37lbs and got him size 4-6. My 5 year old is 48 lbs and got him size 6-8. I could have gone a size smaller. I also am having a hard time getting the urine smell out. I wash them with my cloth diapers and use special detergent specifically for cloth diapers. I don't have stink issues with my diapers. I figured it's because of the type of fabric of the overnight pants.
This item works and looks just as described, including the bulkiness. My granddaughter looked a little surprised and very uncomfortable the first time she put them on. Since she has nighttime accidents only occasionally (i.e. once every few weeks at most) she probably doesn't need this level of protection. I'm going to keep searching for something a bit more dignified.
These snap off pants are the best. They are adjustable so they can fit snugly. My daughter loves them because they snap off easily when she wears them for nightime and naps. She puts her big girl underwear on top of the pants. She calls them her special night time underwear. They wash clean and dry well in our dryer. Some people in other reviews complained about how long it took the pants to dry but I find they dry in the same amount of time as other cotton items like towels. We started out with only a couple of pairs of these and the other patty potty logo pullup training underwear. She really prefers these so we ordered 4 more pairs.
I love these. He's 6 y.o. He not only wears these at night but when we go out places. If we can't find a bathroom he goes in these and no leaks.
I ordered 1 just to see if the size would be OK and now am ordering more. My son is soon to be 3years old, 38" tall and just over 40 pounds. The size 4-6 is just right. I'm so happy to have the side snaps as we just can't seem to get the poop in the potty part yet.
These are really great as far as keeping beds and jammies dry, but they ARE giant. I ordered the smallest size for my 34 pound girlie and she is swimming in them. She IS a teeny one, but they are uncomfortably big on her. Other than that I really like them
Very absorbent and help to avoid total bed changes at night!
I got these for my, soon to be 3 yr old, and they are HUGE on him. He thinks they are a diaper and they are so bulky. I don't even use them on him at night. I use the "water proof" potty scotty's on him at night.
PTC Comment: I am so glad that you like our water proof Potty Scotty's. They are not as bulky as the night time training pants because they are made for daytime use. The night time training pants are bulkier because they are made to hold multiple urinations, which occur when the child is asleep.
Buying the next size up for my son as he loves these and won't wear any other night time pants. He is sensitive and these are the most comfortable to wear and are not crinkly or bulky. As long as your child goes potty before bed and you avoid drinks last 30 minutes we seem to do fine with very little wetting through. At least from age 4 onward I recommend these highly!!!
These are great. They are made of nice materials so they are pretty comfortable. The only downside is that they are a bit bulky. We haven't had a night time accident in them yet, so I can't say how well they contain things. But I definitely like them and would recommend them.
My five and seven year old boys are both bed wetters, however, it is genetic and no hope of improvement anytime soon!
These are the best so far! Both boys are heavy bed wetters, which the typical night time pull ups could not hold up to.
We still have to change the sheets maybe once a week and yes they are bulky, but they are more comfortable (once you find the right size/fit) than anything else we have tried!!
For more information on bed wetting, we recommend you reading some of our books on this topic.
My son sleeps on his belly. It probably makes leaking happen so often. No matter how well it is snug, the diaper still has leaks. Cutting off fluid, going to potty before he sleeps, and washing the pants with hot water don't help decrease the leak. I feel lucky when he doesn't have leak...
My 16 year old daughter loves wearing these for when she can't quite make it too her potty chair. Discrete and absorbent day and night!
Keeps my sixteen year old dry day and night when she can't make it too her potty chair!
These fit my sixteen year old daughter great! Very absorbanr both day and night whenever she can't make it to her potty chair!
Comfy and keeps the mess in.
I can't believe I am this excited about something involving potty training!?! After trying a few other types of training pants, I tried these and I have been so happy with them! A dreaded 4 a.m. wake-up from my daughter's accident came shortly after we switched to these trainers. Before we switched, this night time ritual would have involved changing the sheets, pajamas and new training pants. However, the accident was contained completely in the pants. Pajamas and sheets were dry. What more do I need to say?
Product works pretty well, but they are huge.. My daughter looks like baby Huey and she doesn't feel like it's a step up to big pants more of a step down to baby diapers.. She fights them because of it.. And I probably won't use them in the winter because I imagine it would be annoying to have so much material stuffed in her pants. However, they are still a good product that does what it says.. I don't regret buying them I just wish they weren't so puffy.
I'm sooooo elated I don't know what to do, and my little man is happy too. I took his pull up off and told him to throw it away, we have been using these undies for 5 days and I bought him angry bird undies as well. He loves angry birds so I told him if he keeps these dry he can wear the angry bird ones. A few accidents here and there but he loves these more then the angry birds it seems. He is going on his own now 5 days later. THANK YOU for a wonderful product.
Very soft inside against the skin which is nice. Out of three pairs ordered two have some snaps that don't work so diaper will not fasten completely. Only thing I've found like this for his age so will order them again. They do shrink a lot if put in the dryer.
I wish I would have bought these sooner. The waterproof pants are perfect for night time potty training. I was worried about the size, but the size 6-8 fit my 5 1/2 year old son perfectly. Accidents are so much less stressful. I am changing sheets less and my son wakes up much quicker if/when he wets.
My daughter weighs 45 pounds so I got the ones that fit up to 50 pounds. They fit her perfectly in the waist; not too tight or too big but they are definitely snug on her thighs and butt just like every other piece of clothing she owns - if it fits her waist it's too tight on her lower body, if it fits her lower body it is way too loose on the waist! The quality of the pants are amazing; thick, soft, and she said they are comfy to wear. In fact she wanted to wear them all day instead of just at night!
My son likes and it works very well with him. Plus which also I like it's not messy at all.
Was not made very well. The snaps on one is broken on the top. On the other pair same thing but on the other side. And they are not very water proff. I wish there is a way that I could get a refund becasue I now have 4 pair that is not good.
mixed review of this product, my 5 year old does not like to wear them, she prefers a pull up and they do leak a little so a mattress pad is needed which leads to a lot of laundry. I am not sure at her age if feeling the wetness will get her to stop bed wetting, probably with a younger child these would be perfect to help them recognize that they have wet and when to use bathroom
My great grand son is only two but is so big he has outgrown diapers and is not yet potty trained. At first I ordered only two pair and when I say how easy they are to put on, take off, and clean up the baby, I was sold. We had these for our babies "back in the day" and you could just wash them and save tons of money. Thanks again.
We wish we would have purchased these sooner. The pairs we did buy are a little snug, but we intend to buy a bigger size next order. Thank you for the dry bed through the night
Love the convenience of the side snaps. I'm willbep getting a few more of these. Everyone should have a few pair of these. Great product
Glad I bought them. Having a little one that regularly wets the bed can be challenging. These work as intended and keep the bed dry when accidents happen. Great purchase. Ryan
My 2 1/2 year old son is a very large 2 1/2 year old, at 40 lbs. His cloth diapers were almost too small, and having to do an entire diaper change was making night time bathroom trips more difficult. These are super easy - pull up and down easily, so easily that we have a little potty in his room for him to use at night, and sometimes he actually does, and pulls them back up when he's done. They are a little snug around the waist, but like I said, my son's a big kid. The snaps aren't needed, as he poops in the potty (and during the day). But they are microfiber, so it's a little hard to tell if they're only a little wet. We started putting a cloth wipe in there, to be able to easily tell if he is wet or dry. Awesome potty training night time pull-ups!
I have a leaky toddler (not quite potty trained but making progress) these pull up pants were a great transition from cloth diapers and definitely worked for naps and play time. I haven't tried them overnight yet.
Hi I am a cloth diapering mom that was forced to switch to disposables once our daughter was potty trained and no longer fit in the cloth diapers but needed something for night time. I searched every where and could not find a cloth pull up that would fit her and would not empty my bank account until I came across your pull ups. (Night Time Waterproof Potty Training Pants (Waterproof Fabric) 6-8 (40-60 lbs)) My daughter is 43 lbs so I debated in-between your 2 sizes, 4-6 and 6-8. Most of what my daughter wears is 4t, so I wanted to get size 4-6, but I did not want to have to purchase twice. So it made sense to get the size 6-8 (based off your size chart, 40-60 lbs). However, I noticed the seller has different size chart on there eBay listing, they recommend the child be 45-60 lbs for size 6-8. Since you are the manufacture I based my purchase off your size chart. The first package arrived and the first pull up was missing as snap. The seller did a quick return and I reordered. I have been using them off and on for a month now, my daughter likes wearing them. My daughter has naturally chubby thighs, and these leak around my daughter thighs. I have since added a extra row of snaps on each side to get the diapers snugger around her thighs. They still leak, slightly. So overall the pull up works but I feel like your size chart needs a bit of tweaking.
Had high hopes so I purchased four pairs for my five year old. These leaked VERY badly. I wanted to return them but received NO response from customer service. I purchased Mothers Ease bedwetters training pants for 30$ they have not leaked. They have been a God send. Don't waste your time or money on these.
These are the perfect item for my 5 yr old who has accidents @ night & it goes through the pull up
A very good quality product. You can wear and download easily! Its absorption is not very good and thus is excellent in helping to get rid of diapers.
Just reviewed these diapers poorly (1 star) and then saw all the 4 and 5 star reviews. Totally curious how they are getting high reviews. Did I get the wrong diapers?
I have a 9 and 7 year old that have bed-wetting issues. I have been buying disposable diapers and thought I would give the cloth diapers a try to save money on disposable diapers and to try and train them to not wet the bed since the cloth diaper description said (paraphrase) they would still feel the wetness so they would be aware they urinated and go to the bathroom. Unfortunately, the cloth diapers are no better than regular underwear. My kids woke up with a soaked bed. We tried the diapers for several nights and switched back to disposable diapers. Sadly, it was an expensive (and unsuccessful) experiment.
The best trainers I've purchased.
We've been using these plastic pants for our 6 year old for about 6 months. Before we found them, we were changing his sheets several times a week. Nothing would keep his bed dry. These fit great and do a good job of keeping his pee inside. He sleeps with a sleep pull-up and these pants. So glad I found them.
My son has slowed down on peeing at night time he wakes up dry now they really do hold quite a bit
I’m sure this would work well if your child isn’t a heavy sleeper. My two kids sleep hard and don’t wake up when wet, so they soak right through these and onto the sheets. They don’t absorb much, like an overnight disposable diaper. I was hoping to save money in the long run, but I see that I’ll have to return to the pricy disposables. This is disappointing. It is otherwise well-made, although the microfiber inside does pick up a lot of strings or little dirt or wood fragments or anything else that ends up in the wash. It would be better if the microfiber was lined with an outer layer of fabric like flannel, which would help the child feel wet, and wouldn’t get so dirty.
I bought the 4/5 size for my 4yr old girl who weighs 36lbs. They are pretty big on her and it took a lot of convincing to get her to wear them, but they do the trick. We havent had any leek throughs at night time. If i could go back, i probably would get a size smaller.
brought one pair to try out before taking the leap to buy more. need to wash after each use and do need multiple pairs even if no accident bc the fabric holds the smell of any leaks which I think any child potty training has. quality seems good but not thrilled overall bc the legs holes are too small but we got then on and my daughter liked them and didn't complain. btw i ordered the 40-60 lb size and she is 48 lbs so it is the correct size. she had one pee accident at night and her bed was soaked. hard to tell if there is anything in the pant except for the outside material and terry lining. i don't see how these would hold up to any big accidents as they do not hold pee accident. i paid 14.95 plus shipping so just about $20! these do not work and are not worth the moeny. returns are only accepted for unused products so really there is o guarantee bc there is no way to tell if they work on not unless you use them. guess it's back to pull-ups :(
Well, it didn’t go so well for us. I purchased 2 pair of training pants. I washed and dried them prior to using them. The very first night my son (who slept with us that night) urinated through the pants on me and the bed. I purchased more pull ups the next day.
Thought this product would be perfect for my 5 year old son. Unfortunately, every time he wets his clothes, and blankets would be moist. These are not truly waterproof. Will have to find another product.
A little bulky, but hey, we don't want them to wear them to college, do we? They absorb enough. I bought a variety of sizes and returned the ones that didn't work. Company needs to work on that size chart.
Sadly, still having to do laundry every day because these leak. I was so hoping this would work for us.
Sadly these didn’t work for us, my son leaked through them every night. : (
I bought these instead of using pullups. I don't mind washing them when they get wet. So far so good
My 8 year old just hasn't gotten the hang of holding it all night, and I was really tired of buying disposables. Not to mention the environmental impact! So I was ready to give these a try, and convinced him to go with it. They do sort of look like diapers, which is pretty unfortunate. BUT, he's still wearing them, and I have to say that he is more aware of the ways he can help keep himself dry overnight (not drinking water after dinner, peeing before he goes to sleep), AND he has been dry in the morning more than ever before! Part of my theory was that if he didn't like them, they weren't as comfortable, didn't wick away the liquid as well as the disposables, he might be more motivated. And I do think it has helped with that- so I'm happy!
