These Potty Scotty - 2 in 1 WATERPROOF PUL Potty Training Pants are designed for moms who want to use cloth training pants, but do not want to have to deal with MAJOR accident cleans up!
The outer layer in these training pants is made of Waterproof PUL (Polyurethane Laminate). This fabric is a soft, polyester knit on one side - the side that you touch and feel. The other side which is not visible is laminated with polyurethane and thus makes the training pant waterproof.
The center panel is PADDED with 2 layers of EXTREMELY absorbent padding. This padding was specially developed by use to be absorbent, but not bulky!
The inner layer - which will be against your little boy's skin is made of 100% cotton; in fact it is the same cotton fabric that the padded potty training pants are made of. As you may or may not know, this cotton will retain moisture (not wick it away) and thus should make your son uncomfortable when wet. This will increase his awareness of his excretory function, especially when compared to diapers and pull-ups.
The training pants are designed with lycra binding around the legs and tummy for a comfortable and customized fit for your son. They are also very easy to pull on and off, so your son can go potty when he needs to go - and will not have to have you there to help him remove his training pants!
These 2 in 1 Waterproof PUL Training Pants my also be used for nap times and for night time potty training. If your child is having accidents at night, we recommend the Night Time Training Pants for Boys.
Please note that these are not to be used in replacement of diapers or pull-ups.

Beware of sizing. Do not go by the weight listed. Xlarge size was to small for my 41 lb son. He can only get into the XXlarge by wanking then up 4-5 times.They can't be comfortable but he will wear them. They will be too small in a few weeks. The waistband only stretchs a few inches. You need to measure your child and if he is not the exact measurements listed they will be too big or in my case too small. It makes me sick to think how much $$$ I wasted on 6 pairs.
