Potty Training A 4 Year Old

Question: I am very frustrated with the potty training. He has done very well with the peeing. I didn't use my Potty Scotty kit at all. He was working on it a school and doing great.
BUT, he will not poop. He screams when I put him on the toilet and he hides from me and then poops. He just turned 4 so we are really late and pushing it for pre-k next year.
I need help!
